Keystone Clutch Training
PROGRAMS IN DEVELOPMENT
Train for your next big moment.
Big Moments, Big Pressure, Big Performance.
Keystone Clutch Training is a new idea we’re building for Western Pennsylvania athletes. The programs below are proposals, not open sessions. Nothing is scheduled yet, and there’s nothing to sign up for or pay for. Join the interest list and we’ll let you know when plans are confirmed.
Proposed programs
Every program below is still in development. Details will be shared only once they’re confirmed.
Position skills
WR · LB · DB fundamentals
Focused work on the basics each position depends on: stance, starts, hand use, reading the play, and finishing the rep.
Speed, movement and footwork
Footwork, change of direction and field movement
Drills built around first steps, balance, body control and moving efficiently in every direction.
Small-group training
Focused reps. Clear coaching. Purposeful work.
Smaller groups so every athlete gets more reps and more attention.
Future development
7v7 — future development
More ways to compete. More details ahead.
A 7v7 program is on our list for later. It’s not part of the first set of proposals, and we’ll share more only when there’s something real to announce.
Built around the athlete.
Sound fundamentals
A strong base to build on.
Purposeful progression
Step-by-step development at a pace that fits the athlete.
Confidence through preparation
Work that helps athletes feel ready when it counts.
